Hello Everyone! I am a Junior in college. My major is history. I don't really know what to say about myself. I have been a vegetarian for ... about three years...I never really kept track of the dates. Lately I have been thinking about going over to a raw fruits/veggie diet. And then someone at my work bought a juicer and raved about it, and then my uncle went on a juice fast for 40 days. So, basically haha I ended up researching and buying a juicer myself. I sort of have problems with binge eating occasionally, especially when I am bored or at night. It has always been kind of a problem, but I really noticed how bad my habits were this summer. I am hoping that Juicing will help me focus and learn how to control myself. And then, I am thinking about switching over to a raw food diet after my Juice fast. That's me... :D
Hey yourself. Welcome. What do you wish to be called? Wow, I am impressed with all the research you have done. I eat constantly. Not a good thing with SAD. Perfectly fine on raw. I've been on the forum for a while but not active. There are some really great knowledgeable people on this forum. Also they have some very dedicated juice fasters. I almost never fast as it interferes with my need to constantly eat.

relaxing music helps me on fasts
and ice water with lemon squeezed in seems to quell appetite , plus lemon said to cleanse

my favorite fasting authority , the late herbert shelton . he over saw thousands of fasts way back when , so his opinions developed from first hand EXPERIENCE and not from books . link :
