Red onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, olive oil/avocado, serrano/thai/habanero peppers (incl seeds), lime/lemon juice, spring onions, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, basil/thai basil/lemongrass.
Ingredients are optional, mix and match as you please. I know its pretty simple but its easy and fresh to make. I like to leave things a little chunky, and I use it to flavor juice, dips for whole veg like carrots/celery, dressing etc.

Definitely gotta give this a try! Do you use a food processor or high speed blender? Have you ever tried adding some nutritional yeast? mmmmm

I've never tried nutritional yeast, I don't even know what that stuff is :) All the ingredients are pretty wet, so this works in a normal blender. You could even chop them all up by hand on a cutting board, and it becomes like a salsa.

That sounds delish...gotta try that out. nutritional yeast gives things a slightly "cheezy" taste. That together with hemp seeds, oil and salt is good a replacement for ay cheezy flavours I find. Some like it, some don't - try with a little at first - it's worth trying since it's a great vegan source of B12.

I absolutely can't stand nutritional yeast and very many brands are not fortified with B12 and those that are probably don't have the good sort! Check out which one you use. Raw Angel Mom recommended one recently but I can't remember what it was.

This sounds yummy, and I usually keep most of these ingredients in the house. I will try soon. Thanks!!

I've made this twice already with different combos and it is yummy!! Even my coworkers love it. Simple, effortless, and delicious.
when you say "olive oil/avocado"
do you mean olive oil/avocado oil? or olive oil/whole avocado...
