Hm,

Found this explanation online.

Black specks may be seeds, foods, or from die off of yeast or bacteria.

If you start any supplement that might create looser stools, temporary diarrhea, or die-off of yeast or bacteria (like an antibiotic, probiotic, digestive enzymes, antifungal, laxative, etc), you might see dark or black flecks in stool during this 'cleaning out' period. Certain types of adverse bacteria in the colon can produce dark residues and this is getting cleaned out.

Anyone experience this? I have for a week.

Your stool is going to change with raw food. You should be passing bulkier, softer stools with all kinds of food particles in it. I don't worry as long as I am not in pain and feel great.

I havent gotten to totally raw yet,im scared what will happen if i do! like today i didnt eat anything all day,had quite a few dried apricots and blueberries,now I am going to the bathroom every 10 minutes!

Actually red specks to,hmm.. something being purged out I hope,and maybe I had too many apricots causing the diarrhea. or the new supplement I started taking

im a doosh. I was drinking fresh juiced fruit tonight,and saw that same sized speck in my juice,kiwi seed!! I have been eating lots of kiwi's lately,lol.
