If you have done many short fasts over a certain period of time, does the body react better to longer fasts?
My theory:
Lets suppose you fast, but do it for a day or two. Because its the first time fasting, the body thinks your are starving it, because it has never done a fast before, so its a shock to the body.
But if you do it for many times, the body gets used to it.
