Hello from Alaska

Hello everyone, my name for all intents and purposes on this forum is Alaska. That's where I'm living currently which makes it harder to go raw. I'm 24 and working and going to school full time. I just went raw about a week and a half ago. I'm hoping to stick to it consistently for a my whole life if it's as beneficial as they say. I hope to gain some support and insight through other people's mistakes and point of views. I also hope to lose about 50lbs this year if possible. I'm about 5'8" and 190lbs. It's depressing and I want to change it. Also, I suffer from PTSD from the war and I'm also curious if this lifestyle change will help with that at all. Well, hope to see you all around! Thanks.
