When I feel like this for 2 or 3 days should I increase my seed or nut intake? Will that make this agitation go away? or is it just a food addiction raising it's ugly head?

i was craving pasta badly the other week and we made mini pb&j's which solved the craving: raw crackers topped with raw almond or pecan butter topped with berries that have been mashed with a touch of sweetener topped with another cracker. Try that!

Oh that sounds so much better than a hamburger. I think I am going to have to plan for periods where I need to increase my fat intake. I think that is what the problem is. I am interpreting the need for a bit more fat as a wrong fat source.
I'm going to make those little Pb&j! I can't wait. I'll let you know how they turn out. Thanks!!!

haha... a couple weeks agoI was having cravings for a nice black bean soup. I got over it though as I was transitioning from a really high carb to a more moderate carb raw diet, and my body stabilized.

Maybe you are missing a nutrient or simply parasite from your gut are giving you this craving. I found that out a few years ago concerning chocolate and i have watch a youtube from dr. Morse that talked also about it (including meat craving). He recommend a detoxification.

Stick with raw food, food rich in Iron are gojji berries. B12 that is assimilate with your body : chlorella, raw mushroom, nutritional yeast, kombucha, probiotic, bee pollen (ensure you aren't allergic). I am sure there are other source.

It's not your body ... it Monkey-Mind. Relax, think about what food is in front of you and you will know what to eat. Don't necessarily think hamburger=nuts it may = mushrooms or tomatoes or pineapple.

Often when I find Monkey-Mind playing with me I just need to add herbs to my meals. If I have been having basil a lot I switch to thyme or mix the two and add parsley - fresh herbs added to pretty much any meal makes it better.

I wasn't . Having trouble with that because of working 12hour shifts. I eat as fast as I can but so limited.

working 12hour shifts. I eat as fast as I can

I think this might be the reason. Is there any way you can eat more slowly? What do you get in the way of breaks?
