I had done the raw diet before for a week and I remember feeling every energetic by the end of the week. I had to finish it then because of how much it was costing me.

I am giving it another go. Last time I used blenders with dark green veg. Now I am going to be using a juicer.

It is expensive. I changed my priorities and cut back on other expenses to facilitate my produce-intensive diet.

If you consider it a lifestyle and not just a diet then it can work out cheaper. I save a lot on things like not having to but toiletries and perfume not to mention trips to the doctor.

just eat ... blenders, juicers . . . not essential. Just eat raw food.

I have no need to wear deodorant after discontinuing the consumption of meat. It's not just my own perception; others agree that my body odor is mild; some think it is mildly pleasant and some think it is mildly unpleasant. I think that's normal.

Not that deodorant is very expensive, but it is better to smell OK than to have to cover yourself with artificial fragrances.
