Found it, bought it and now don't know what to do with it!
Has anyone mastered the use of raw, organic coconut flour and if so, what are your recipes, please?

I've had a look online but most recipes are for cooked foods. I'm thinking you could use it in cracker dough to make the dough rollable - will make quite a hard snappy cracker I think.

There is a recipe for cake using coconut flour in a book called Pure Pleasures by Natalia.

and in the same vein ... there is this

I make raisin walnut truffles {recipe here (http://uncooking101.com/site/raw-food-recipe/eva-rawposas-raisin-walnut-truffles/)} -- but skip the walnuts on the outside and mix in some coconut flour, then roll in coconut flour and a touch of coconut crystals and they are like donut holes! (But better!)

Thanks for the replies!
It doesn't look like many people are using the raw, organic coconut flour yet.
Hurry up and try it so we can create lots of yummy recipes together! Ü
