100% vs 95% Kombucha

So what's the deal here? 5% fruit juice? Though it does say "raw", I am hesitant to try it.

I'm thinking maybe it's pasteurized? Hoping I am wrong

They can still call it raw if they add a tiny bit of pasteurized juice...and frankly this wouldn't bother me, but it would def bother some. I just recently got the Unpeeled kombucha that is flavored and mix it with some plain homemade ---my kids like it better, so I'll just keep doing this. They don't drink much, but like a little now and then.
