I just want to say thank You, thank You to all of You for being here. It is so nice to see that there are other people in similar situation. Today is 26th day of my juice feast. Everything goes smoothly, however yesterday was the worst day so far. I had so much cravings, for all kind of foods. I live together with my wife and 3 month old baby girl and with my brother in law and my in laws. We have been vegans with my wife for 2 years on and off, part of this time I was raw. I did not loose almost no weight in last two years and was fluctuating between 280 and 298 lbs, mostly because I was junk food vegetarian.

However, everything changed about month ago. I just started juice feast one day. I do not predict how long I am going to stay on it, I just take one day at a time, and I am happy every single day. I started weighing 289 lbs. I went to doctor about 2 months ago and the weight was about 293, and also my blood pressure was 162/ 105, pulls about 80-90. Doctor wanted to put me on bp pill. I told him "no". I wanted to try first on my own.
Today my weight is 260.2 lbs . I lost 29 pounds so far yeah! My blood pressure for last 3 weeks is about 114-135/ 70- 85, and my pulls is between 48 and 65. I feel great. I just can believe it is so easy . For last about 20 days I do not feel any hunger. There is time that I have to force myself to drink juice. This past week I introduced exercises - first time I went to gym to see if I am going to be able to do anything. I did some elliptic machine for 40 minutes and some weight lifting - small weight, just to move all my muscles. Yesterday I did elliptic 45 minutes , weight lifting and walking for 35 minutes.

One more time thank You all, in a group it is always easier.

Andrew that is so fantastic! Good for you. It is very exciting when you can see real physical changes. Feel free to post on the August fasting thread if you like. I am on day #18 and feeling good too~
You are probably craving cause you are working out...maybe up your juice a bit.

Wow. How wonderful to hear. Just a word to the wise...3 weeks after I started exercise, I turned into a starving, raving lunatic. Caught me by complete surprise! I faltered and crashed. I thought something was wrong. Later found out that it was my metabolism kicking into high gear. A good thing. So, if you notice that you are suddenly starving to death, just increase your juice.
