Ok, so I am 6'10, 270 pounds. I am a former college basketball player and my playing weight was between 230-245. Since then, I have put on a significant amount of weight but I am still pretty active and athletic. I think I have put on the weight because I use to consume a lot if food for the calories to keep up with the pace of college basketball. I am about to start a juice fast (juice feast) on Monday. I am just curious how much juice I should be drinking? As of now, I am thinking of 1 1/2 gallons a day, but that is based on what is recommended for normal sized people to drink (3 liters or 0.792 gallons) and then nearly doubled for me. If anyone has any tips for me, your help would be greatly appreciated.
