I'm just starting to eat raw and it feels challenging especially with the pangs for breads or something quick and warm. What I realized is what is quicker than picking up a piece of fruit or fresh vegtables. I want to start doing smoothies in the mornings and I know that I will need to have protein included, any suggestions.

Congratulations on your decision to eat raw!

I've found it's really important to eat as much raw as I need to so I avoid cravings. Another thing that helps me is my morning smoothie with fruit (whatever I happen to have) coconut oil and hemp protein powder. That seems to help curb cravings throughout the day.

The hemp protein powder is a good place to get extra protein, but I'm thinking more and more that if I eat enough greens, I may not even need that.
