I posted a question about my brain fog, bad short term memory, etc. Someone mentioned it might be due to my fillings. I have four or five metal (?) fillings. So, what do you do, have the dentist take them out? They have been there forever, will taking them out all of a sudden make my brain fog go away? Loaded question, sorry. I am so sick of forgetting things and being in a cloud.

brain fog can be down to all sorts of things including heavy metals. If you elect to have your fillings removed, you must get it done properly or else you'll have more problems than you had before.

Also if the brain fog is due to heavy metals you won't just feel fine right off.

Look up posts by Arky on the forum for in depth posts about mercury in particular and heavy metals generally.

I replied to you in the other thread, Lori:

Sorry for the delay, but I have demanding life and work commitments and what little time I do have to spare on the internet is spread across multiple forums.

Because if you get it done by just any old dentist who doesn't follow best practice you get more mercury in your system than you would if you had just left them where they were. Ask Arky, he knows about it.

l will ask Arky. Another lady in the know also said something similar. She said to make sure they put something in youir mouth to prevent absorption of the grinded mercury becoming like a gas. But surely if one takes one of the best heavy metal removers (Chlorella green algae) and a raw diet the increased mercury intake will only be short term.

I don't think it is as simple as that - nothing ever is - but look up Arky's posts because that's where you will find solid info.
