I don't like vegetables very much. All I ever want is fruit. I tried hiding my vegetables in my fruit but then I didn't want my smoothie. I like baby spinach okay...if I pour olive oil all over it. Can we use vinegar or is it too processed?

A while back I didnt want anything to do with greens or veggies, they made me sick to my stomach. But after a while of just eating fruit I started to crave things like romaine, celery, spinach, etc and can tolerate and enjoy them again.

Apple Cider Vinegar is considered ok by many and I use it in salad dressings.

try this salad dressing

1 tablespooon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cold pressed, oil (I like extra virgin Olive oil)
a little honey or date or sweetener of your choice
salt and pepper
2-4 sun dried tomato halves (soaked)
1 medium -large fresh, ripe tomato
handful of coriander leaves
1 small clove garlic (omit if you don't like garlic or add more if you like it strong)

Put everything in the blender and blitz til smooth.

Makes a very pleasant dressing for salads and when you get used to it, you can always add some spinach leaves into the dressing and have it over regular salad leaves and salad vegetables.

The more veggies you eat, the more you will like them. Try the sweeter ones to start with - sweetcorn and fresh peas for example. Use courgette (zuccini) peeled into thin strips with a peeler as a salad veggie. The sky is the limit really.

Maybe you need to listen to your body and just go with fruit. You are naturally getting a very healthy lympth fuild this way. Once your body is ready, you will want your veggies but go more with leafy greens, fresh herbs and sweet with a fruit. I usually most the time will drink a fresh vegetable juice or will love to just chew on them (great for teeth)

Don't force yourself to eat something that your body doesn't crave just yet.

All is well
ps Visit dr. robert Morse youtub. Watching his video helped me so much and brought many light ball moment for my own health. I resolved many problem from doing raw food since 2007 but i was still dealing with other problem and watching his video was insightful.

Thanks Mystic,
Wonderful salad dressing. I am eating a large leafy green salad with lots of colorful veggies every night. A horse bowl size.

If you are gonna be a raw foodist then you NEED to eat vegetables and allot of them or you will be at a great risk of many vitamin and mineral deficiencys.

Learn to like your vegetables and try not getting into the bad habit of pouring oil over things. Try eating vegetables with sprouted seeds such as sesame and sunflower.

I had a huge veggi aversion after giving my self food poinsening from not washing some squash properly. I just went with theflow and ate fruit for a bit and made sure to take my multi vitamin, totally controversial though. I think you need to find recipes that duplicate non-raw foods you like. I lived of of mock BLT's for the first month I was raw.

I've been working on my vegetables. I've been eating a huge bowl of salad greens and cut up sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and such every night. I am limiting my olive oil to less than teaspoons per day. I have weight to lose.

While following raw food I lose weight every day.
