Hi,

So, I just want to let everyone know ahead of time that I'm knew to both rawism and online forums, in case I make any social faux pas. Right now, I am between 70-80 percent raw and I was wondering if it would be better to just go all the way raw or to stay around here. I am starting to drink green smoothies daily, but since I am new, I only have the leaves of maybe 4 collard greens in the blender at a time mixed with a lot of fruit. Also, if I am eating this few greens, do I need to have more than one smoothie a day? How much is optimal? When the smoothie is finished, it is 2 and 1/2 glasses full. Oh, and I was a vegetarian for 6 months and then vegan for a little over 6 months after that. And then there is now, when I am hoping to be raw! And one more thing...does anyone have any tips on how to get over food cravings? I loveee these Garden of Eatin chips I have and I eat them with black beans and guacamole. I live with others who are not raw, so these things are the norm in my house; I can't just get rid of all cooked food. Ok, thanks for your time and input!
