I'm trying to do something a little fancier at the weekends. During the week I mostly have salads and juices and fruit.

I'm trying to build my almost non-existant repertoire of raw gourmet meals up to a more worldly standard!

This weekend I am planning to make sushi and play at dehydrating without a dehydrator!

New ingredient for the weekend will probably be Chia seeds.

O.k., I really need to get my "Chia Sunrise" drink posted. I attempted to do it yet had a wireless mic. Have everything going; did the whole demo; then realized the receiver wasn't on so, no sound. :(

I'll see if I can get that up tomorrow or, Sunday at the latest. Uhhhh, not promising though. Two hoopdance classes tomorrow and a Hoop Jam and BBQ (I may be making kale chips) on Sunday.

I went to bed already - rather early cos I had a stressful day at work - and now I am wide awake and it's only just gone midnight :o

O.k., that's too much like what I do. Well, it's Saturday for you sooo, maybe more sleep later ... and a nappy? :D

I ate some nuts in the hope that will help me sleep ... probably just give me indigestion lol

I'm going to try this sleep thing again ... might make some poi tomorrow. I need wrist strengthening and it looks fun.

Well, I closed my eyes to go to sleep at 2 this morning; awakened at 6. *sigh*... Poi is fun and another dangerous item(s).... You can just put a couple of tennis balls in tube socks for practice poi. Put on a helmet. Also, for wrist strengthening, check out weaves with the hoop.
