Thanks alot for the great job you are doing and a wonderful forum.
Iam a big man(110 kilos-242 pounds)!!!!!.
iam 43 years old(iam 23 years old ,before 20 years ago!!).
Thanks to flu virus, which it kept me home for 7 days , I discovered ,the raw food.
my aim is to become RAW ,from 1st Sep,2011.
