Ok, so I have flax seeds soaking. How do you drain the water? Any attempt, and I have little flax seeds everywhere.
Also, I have lots of flax seeds that I am soaking + I have dates......and I have a dehydrator. How do I make crackers with just those ingredients. Oh, and I have honey and agave.
Thanks!

I usually use a fine mesh strainer to drain the water from soaked flax seeds. As for your cracker recipe, it sounds from your ingredients like you want a sweet cracker? I'm not too sure about that.. I usually do savory ones with things like flax, onion, peppers, carrots, celery, garlic, etc. Have never tried a sweet one. Let me know what you end up doing and how it turns out!
I think it is impossible. But I've only tried this once. I don't think you can drain the water out. Perhaps I (and you) soaked it for too long. Or perhaps you're meant to not drain it and mix in enough things to not have it too runny. I know the slime is what you want for keeping the crackers together...
... a beginning raw foodist, equally confused about this...

Take a look on youtube. I have never seen anyone drain flaxseeds when they are making crackers. I think you need to use less water to start with and soak til it looks like a very thick wallpaper paste.
Youtube has lots of cracker videos which is good for seeing what consistencies should be.

I am struggling with this same issue. My crackers are think, chewy, and none too appetizing. I want a zesty cracker with lots of garlic and onion...a cracker with some bite. I am off to youtube to search once again for the solution to my ickky crackers!
