Pattypan Squash - Any Good Recipes out there?

Hi Raw Friends! Hope everyone is staying cool!

I got 2 little Pattypan Squashes in my organic produce basket the other day and wondered what to do with them.
I know I can just slice them and serve like a crudite (saw that on the internet), but wondered if there was a marinade or sprinkle
that would help them taste good. Got any ideas? BTW, I've never tasted them raw so curious to know what others think about them.

Pattypans have a lovely flavor. I have had them shredded and they were quite nice. You can eat a pile of the shreds plain or you can mix in your favorite dressing. You can also use them in most any zucchini recipe.
