Have you noticed how if you put something "stringy" in there, the pulp ejection port (hole) gets pluggesd with the strings? Try celery or handfuls of parsley, or the thick stems of kale etc.....

It's a fast juicing machine, lets a little pulp in there, but is no prob to run through a nutmilk bag if you want straight juice.

However, once your pulp ejection port gets plugged, which happens often, just about all the pulp goes into the juice. PITA.

Well, I complained and now the VRT 350 has a larger pulp ejection port. They sent me a new screen including the top of the 350 machine at no cost because I complained. It fits onto my old 330 base. I had to take pic of it first, so they knew which model I had. Sigh.

But I'm happier now.

But even it has a little trouble with stringy things. But for the convenience/speed of the machine and the ability to do a good job on processing greens and wheatgrass, I still feel it's a good one!

Who did you complain to? That's my pet peeve with my 330 HD. Way too much pulp gets into the juice so I almost always need to use a nut-milk bag.

Hi Lani,

I called Omega. The phone number is in the book that came with it.

They said to write them via email and send a pic of the screen to omega@omegajuicers.com

I did this and they sent me a new 330 screen. LOL, not what I wanted to had to call them again to get it straight. then they sent me the new 350 screen and the plastic top housing.

Perhaps too much pulp is getting in because the hole isplugging up. I'd get a new one if I were you.

Yeh, there's a little pulp in there now, but really, not much.
