I did a search on these boards for manual food processor and it pulled up an empty page. I've been doing research and am still not clear of they are good for anything more than salsa and chopping onions. Any reviews? I love the idea of this but am debating just replacing the broken lid of my electric fp or investing in a new direction. Any feedback is appreciated!
I've had 2 of the manual, all plastic type food processors. While they are great for making salsa, I found them to break in pretty short order. I remember one's blades just dislodged and there was no reattaching them.
Speaking from personal experience - if it was 'me', I would replace the lid to my electric FP and go from there. In fact, I'm ordering a new lid for my Cuisinart this week as my lid just bit the dust yesterday! *Ü*

Tupperware has a good manual one that i use sometimes but not much to say it works well with everything it really depends what you make but they also sell nut choppers so if you need nuts in a recipe you could chop the nuts then add them to the processor to make it easier!
