I just wanted to share a recipe with everyone. I have been making this for quite some time now, and I am not sure if oats really are raw or not - but I always use the hard kind, not the paraboiled instant ones. Anywho, if you prefer you could substitute with a soaked grain of your choosing.
3 cups raw oaties or some grain
3/4 cup raw nut butter (I make my own in the vitamix)
1.5 cups raw almond milk (again, I make mine in the vitamix)
3 scoops raw meal protein powder (you could use hemp or whatever, I like raw meal though)
1/4 cup raw cacao
a few tbsp. agave nectar
blend together, pour in a baking dish, and chill in the fridge or freezer. You can section off bars to take with you, or you can take the entire container to work for lunch every day. This is a great energy booster for me and it helps keep me full for hours. You can easily add or take away to make different flavor combos, but this one taste alot like a brownie.
