Oh yes, I juice!

I have two goals I hope to achieve from juicing. The first is more energy, and the second is to lose some weight. I intend to replace at least one meal, maybe two a day with juices. Is there a "plan" for something like this? Is there anything you would recommend? For example if I replace two meals should I make one fruit and one veg / greens or a mix? I have done some research but would like to hear your thoughts. Also, any recommendations on good books or websites?

Oh I bought an Omega 2004 juicer if that helps.

My recommendation is just to eat raw. Eat it juiced, smoothied or in solid form. Just eat raw and get exercise.

Get a copy of Alissa's book/s.

there's plenty of recipes here for various juices + I'm sure your manual has a more than a few. Just try and see what you like and absorb what's already written for new ideas.

Best thing is to buy organic, start experimenting, and be active.

Start with simple stuff - carrot, leafy greens, and apple.
