Thank you so much for your help. Where I am at currently is more like southbeach. I don't eat processed foods or white sugars starches ext. I was eing mostly chicken and vegtables but little fruit to control my carbs sugar intake. It's not working I've tried it for ten years. I am allergic to milk and rarely if never in a year eat fast food. I watched fat sick and nearly dead. I have multiple health problems but I am not overweight. I am 5 '3" 135. I am a personal trainer. So I am active alot. I have irratable bowl syndrom and many veggies, nuts, and beans bother it alot. I will be buying a blender as soon as I decide if I want a blentec, or vitamix? Any suggestions on that would be helpfull. I bought a commercial juicer already. I have a fridge of fruits and veggies and have gotten rid of all the processed food in my house. I guess I'm ready to start, I just don't know how to start improving my health and life.
thanks
Janeen

I really recommend you get Alissa's book - see link top left under the lettuce. It has everything you need to start out. It shows simple eating and gourmet eating. It talks a little about food combining and there are lots of recipes and meal plans.

When you talk about nuts and beans not being tolerated by your gut, are you soaking/sprouting those things? They are much more digestible when soaked and or sprouted.

It's good to lose the processed foods and the animal products and the foods you have bought in sound like you are off to a good start.

Also it gets really confusing if you post the same post in more than one place. I saw this one here before seeing it also in the 30 day challenge thread. Everyone gets the same feed telling them what new posts have been made so whatever you post and wherever you post it, it will get read.
