Hello,
I am brand new to all this. I just bought a Nesco dehydrator and was going to attempt to make cookies. With Alissa's recipe, I put the raisens and walnuts in the food processor. Then, I put the macademia nuts in the food processor (my kids don't like nuts too much). THen, I added the bananas. NOW, do I make them into balls like I would cookies and put them in the dehydrator? How thick? OR do I spread it out? Also, what is the temperature suppose to be set at? I hope these turn out. The batter seems really greasy, will the dehydrator make that go away?
Thanks!

Hello,

You can. Will they fit in the "d"?

How thick?

Up to you.

OR do I spread it out?

Up to you. What do the directions say? Balls or flat?

Also, what is the temperature suppose to be set at?

I say 118 and under; others say 105.

The batter seems really greasy, will the dehydrator make that go away?

Probably not. When I get a recipe that seems oily, I make the balls or cookies and pat down with paper towels before dehydrating and ofter, after.

I'm hoping by now you've already gotten these into the "d", yes?
