It's not unusual to feel sleepy, groggy, exhausted when you begin the raw process. Your body is starting to do a lot of healing, detoxing. I also experienced this when I first started out. I had some lovely mood swings thrown in there too. I took several naps. But soon after, maybe about a week or 2 into it, I started getting massive amounts of energy. My body had some some major cleansing and it was ready to be active again. I started exercising on average 3 more hours a day than when I wasn't eating raw.

Also, make sure you are eating ENOUGH right now. Sometimes lack of energy, and increase in sleep could mean your body doesn't have enough fuel. Many people drop calories when going raw simply because fruit and veggies have far fewer calories than SAD food. I found I had to eat a lot more quantity-wise to get the same amount of daily needs in calories- although I have completely stopped counting calories, i just let my body tell me when enough is enough.

Yes... mood swings. (nodding my head in agreement) You need to eat. Do not be afraid of the raw food. Don't worry that you are eating too much. Just eat when you are hungry. Get lots of water. Sleep. If you need the extra sleep, just sleep. It is important. Your body is trying to tell you that you need the rest.

Yeah, tiredness is an extremely common symptom when detoxing. I've also gotten mood swings before.

yep :) as has been said, detox

After day 4, I start falling asleep in random places. Lol!
It will fade. I'm in the fatigue part also, day 6, it passes and lots of energy when it does
Rest, water, important!
Take a little self-vaca, away from self pressures. Always helps
Best wishes
