Hi Raw Food Friends,
What do you all do to protect yourself from EMF?
Are there any specific products you reccomend? Any good information sites?
Thanks
Terry

I'm wondering the same thing because we have a smart meter. I know seaweed is good at removing radiation from the body but I feel it's not enough to combat this.
Edit: I've wondered for a while about these kinds of products. l don't know if it's a scam. Here is one example:

I've been using Q-Link. I'll always wear something for personal EMF protection now that I tried one of these protectors. I'm not saying that's the best option out there. It's just the one I tried first.
I bought a meter lately and was shocked by the level coming from a cordless phone and my internet connection box.I had my internet connected with wires but never knew you had to do something online to turn off the wireless so there it was blasting out all these unnecessary Emf fields.I was shocked by the readings of both. They read the same as a 20foot phone mast in the local village and were both unnecessary as its quite as easy to have them connected with wires.Mobiles also are as bad.I have some orgone protection shields and pascalite clay that I use around such things but they don't reduce meter readings.

Can you explain this to me please.
If your internet modem is connected with wires to the computer then you are not needing or using wireless. The problem was at least in my case was that the wireless option was not switched of on the modem. To do that you need to ring the technical department of your internet provider and ask them to walk you through the steps to either check is its switched of or to switch it off.that is assuming that you are using wired connections. This is the website that I had to do it through

but you really need someone to talk you through it as if you mess it up it can get quite complex as I nearly found out!
