Hello there,
Out of interest, how long on average do things keep in the freezer?
I know that things with more moisture will not keep as long or are more prone to freezer burn?
I just want to be able to stretch my batches of things out and not worry that they will taste like freezer burn. I am making some of Alissa's carrot pecan burgers (with the ginger curry sauce) and I'd like to be able to store some for a while. Thanks for your opinions.
