Hey everyone, I've been toying with the idea of looking up a raw food forum for some time, and decided to give it a go, I'm Dustin from central North Carolina , I'm 24, and am currently new to the raw food way, I've switched one entire meal a day to a raw smoothie (currently just lettuce I grow in my hydroponic system backdoors, which is something else I recently got into, very easy growing!) and bananas. I also try to stick to 1 cold pressed whey protein shake in the mornings for breakfast, but I havent been able to overcome the one normal meal a day yet and hope to find advice here for that goal, look forward to talking with everyone.
