Has anyone tried it? Is it good idea. I figured it would help me stay raw since its so easy to blend up and drink, but is it healthy like im sure it is depending on the ingredients. Mine would consist of
Chai tea leaves
Cacao
Maca
Raw agave syrup
mulberries
Is this good elixir for everyday consumption?

I wouldn't like it and it sounds expensive.

A better/simpler breakfast would be a green smoothie as greens are the most important food group. Spinach or kale blended with apples or bananas and a little bit of water/ice is easy to do .

I've not tried it but to me, sounds as though it would hype one up and imo, that's never a good way to begin the day. Also, I don't feel doing/eating/drinking the same thing every day is good either. Your body gets used to it, or addicted to it or, sensitive to it...
As GSD says, smoozies are just as easy to blend up and drink. Why not drink something that brings your body INTO balance rather than throwing it out of balance by hitting the adrenals like that concoction would tend to do?

I like to keep it a little more simple than that. This morning I had soaked prunes and watermelon juice. On other mornings, I usually start with a fruit or green smoothie with a few ingrediants. Simple is delicious. And the ease of the routine helps you eat more raw.

The 'Elixir' I swear by for breakfast (whenever I have the time to make it) is the 'lemon ginger blast' juice drink -- Apples, celery, lemon, ginger, parsley, cucumber... Otherwise I'll just crack out the blender and whip up a banana/spinach smoothie! :D
