I asked this question of a search engine and here's what the site said:
http://diabetes.ygoy.com/how-does-high-blood-sugar-feel/

•Polyphegia (frequently hungry) the glucose remains in the blood which results in increased hunger. It leads to weight gain.
•Polydipsia (frequently thirsty ) the increased urination makes you feel thirsty as the body wants more fluid. Excessive glucose in the saliva may also contribute to this condition.
•Polyuria (frequently urinating)- the excessive glucose cannot be re-absorbed by the kidneys and remains in the urine and as a result you feel like urinating more.
•Tiredness- Cells are not getting sufficient energy since the glucose is not available. They cannot work efficiently, so you feel tired.
•Weight Loss- Glucose gets lost in urine so you have less of calories for the body. This results in weight loss.
•Change in Vision- Extra glucose gets into the lens of the eye, followed by water entering into the lens which leads to blurred vision.
•Moodiness- The high glucose causes it.
•Muscle cramps- Muscle mass is lost when glucose is uncontrolled. it leads to tissue breakdown and loss of “electrolytes”

Now I'm wondering if its OK to eat fruit ?

Of course it is o.k to eat fruit, but be careful to not eat too much fruit as some of the worlds best diet experts suggest in these great links below.

"Brian Clement, Gabriel Cousens, or Dr. Fred Bisci all admit eating too much fruit and raw chocolate are harmful for the body. It is foolish to claim they are wrong and you know better than they do if you have only been eating a raw food diet a few years and they have the experience and science to back up these claims":

Anything in excess can be bad whether its fruits, vegetables, nuts, chocolate, anything! So of course if your eating a normal amount of fruit along with other food group varieties it isn't bad but i worry about all those fruitarians out there because what they think is making them super healthy and full of energy is really just destroying them and they don't even realize it until it's too late...meh whatever makes you happy i guess

Fruit is not the devil. Fruit is good for you. I think that people forget that there are many fruits out there that are low sugar. An avocado is a fruit and so is a tomato. This is such an easy lifestyle to live. We just have to quit making it so hard on ourselves.

Eating whole fruit is good for you. Whole fruit comes with fiber and other good stuff to slow down the sugar that it also contains. Repeat after me: Eating whole, organic fruit is GOOD for you.

One the saddest things I've noticed about the exploration of raw foods is the common worry over fruit (and, to a lesser extent, fats).

Eat that fruit! The problem comes when we're sucking down tons of processed sugar, usually in high fructose corn syrup form, that is prevalent in almost all processed foods.

Fruit = GOOD.
