Eggplant bacon
Onion bread
Flax crackers
Kale chips
Etc.

Do they need to be refrigerated or frozen?

Thanks,

Deborah

I can tell you how I store them (don't know if it's the 'correct' way or not :)

Eggplant bacon - fridge
Onion bread - fridge
Flax crackers - countertop
Kale chips - countertop

I guess for me, if it's crispy (moisture free) I feel confident storing it at room temp. If it's pliable - I pop it into the fridge. *Ü*

I thought of you as I tipped all my seeds and grains into mason jars the other night.

Why are cupboards not made in multiples of mason jar widths?? ;)

Yum, if I lived closer, you wouldn't need to store them. :eat:drool:

I do the same as everyone else. If it's dry, I put it in the cupboard and moist, it goes into the fridge. Onion bread though generally stays on the counter because it's gone in such a short amount of time from when it's made. :)

Ah, OK, got it.

My eggplant bacon comes out pretty dry. Love that stuff. Just made a batch and was wishing I'd bought more than one eggplant.
