I'm back for a master cleanse. I stopped twice previously because my hunger wasn't going even though it had been ten days and was rather distracting and uncomfy. Someone suggested it could be because I am deficient in some nutrients, given I often resort to cheap SAD food when I can't afford fruit (I'm a student, boooo). I had a blood test and I have some iron and zinc deficiencies.
I am going ahead with the master cleanse anyway but I'll be easing in on green juices. I'm wondering, would it be a good idea to drink as much greens as possible during the 3 day ease in? If I juice like 3 bags of spinach a day would that help boost my nutrient levels pre-fast?
Please advise me accordingly.
