Have you guys seen the documentary/movie The Beautiful Truth It is a MUST SEE!! It is all about how Max Gerson found a cure for cancer through diet about 100 years ago, but it got pushed aside and rejected. Gerson was later murdered........hmmm interesting.
Even more interesting is it is illegal to to treat a cancer patient with the Gerson method in the US, so there are clinics in Mexico. But in the documentary you see evidence and people who have been cured completely of their cancer from Gerson's treatment.
Crazy stuff!

There is one in Hungary as well. I recently recommended it to a friend and sent him the trailer for that movie but it seems that he has chosen to die instead.
What more can I say.

My dad died of cancer and IMO based on what I saw happen to him I don't think chemo is the way to go because it left him emaciated and then he died.

I've been through chemo and radiation myself and I can safely say, never again!
I got the wake up call when someone told me about Vitamin B17 just before they wanted to remove my breasts and ovaries at age 37 (after I was supposedly cured) to prevent cancer returning.
I chose to research diet/lifestyle and cancer instead and am off to Hippocrates in September for a 3 week course. I read about some aspect of diet/cancer every single day now and I can safely say, I feel in my heart and soul, I have made the right choice.
Just a pity I was so naive in the first place to take the treatment which has left me two years later still trying to recover from it!

lt's amazing how man has the potential for such evil. They are not interested in helping anyone but themselves. lt's a pity more people aren't boycotting these people and putting them out of business.

it's a tricky situation. There are obviously huge issues of morality but any other business would be expected to protect their interests. Someone will work out how to make money from these things and then it will be all systems go. Needs some creative thinking to spot how to do that.

Has anyone here studied Hulda Clark? She also has a proven cure for cancer and other diseases. She died a couple years back but there are clinics in Mexico providing treatment. The book Cure For All Diseases" has a simple homemade device that uses D/C current. If you keep an open mind and have the slightest biology education , you can see how it works. There are so many cures that are proven yet our FDA is "Protecting" us from them. Hmmm.

yeah isn't that to much, illegal to treat people with juicing. that is big business for you. totally floors me what society deems "ok". it is "ok" for people to make money form our sickness with out a cure, but not ok to try and cure someone with out drugs. it should be an individual choice. period. we have left buisness and government get WAY out of hand.
sorry, touchy subject for me. I have a hard time with the medical establisment.

Yes, I also have a hard time with the medical establishment. One thing that has dawned on me recently is that the FDA is allowing all kinds of cancer causing agents in our food supply that is making us sick and then medical care is unaffordable and out of reach for many. They help you get sick and withhold the cure (speaking from the non-raw foodie point of view). If we could get the FDA educated on what is actually good for the body then we would not have the great need for health care. Our grocery stores would resemble HFSs...wait what am I thinking...sorry lost my mind for a moment.
I have been reading about Turmeric lately and it seems that this has a lot of health benefits and even anti-cancer benefits. I went to my local HFS to check the price and the owner informed me that it should be standardized to 95% curcumin. I was looking at the Soloray brand at 12.95 for 90 capsules (or 6.95 per bottle from Vitaglo.com). Then the owner directed me to a new product called Curamin which sells for $35-$55 per bottle. It has other ingredients for joints, etc. My point is that they took a simple spice and put a patent on it and tripled the price. The standardized, inexpensive turmeric should do the same thing.
SANDALS!! I am so glad that you are here and have found a way to health. I wish you the very best on your road to healing.

Sandals. Glad you found your way here, too.
I believe it has been called the "politics of cancer" in that if you think about all the AMA Doctors who would be out of business if they had a cure for cancer--no surgeon, no oncologist, no radiologist.
From what I have read over the last several years, there has always been two schools of medicine--naturpathic and allopathic. Allopathic MDs seem to push the meds; naturpathic look for root cause and go from there.
Have also been through the chemo route and "never again" is also my attitude. Sad thing is my other MD told me after that I didn't even need the chemo. What happened to 'do no harm' ? Raw is the path for me going forward in life. It has been pulling me beyond the overweight and cleansed my body and my emotions. I hope for a long, long healthy journey.

"politics of cancer" is the truth. we have created an entire industry that counts on us being sick. counts on us to put up with the system. and counts on us to believe what we are being told. they count on us to believe that they are looking out for us. and yet they condemn anything that is not a pill, anything that does not make them (big business) money.
the FDA is a government agency. not a private company. they have proven that they side with big business and not the consumer. they work for us!
and this problem is global not just in the USA. I am sure we are at the top however in how much we are exploited.
anyway, teach the ones you love and hopefully they will teach the ones they love and so on....

I heard one medical person comment that we live in a chemical world therefore we have drugs to correct what ails us. Chemicals cause our illness so we need chemicals to relieve us of our ailments. Then another can of worms is the electromagnetic radiation that bombards us but I won't open that.
I feel it is my duty to spread the word about raw. I want to start a raw meetup in my town so that we (the few raw foodies in our town) can touch more lives. Maybe we can even save one. That will be worth all the effort.
LADY GREEN JEANS so glad you found raw too. I wish you for you a long, long healthy journey!!
