Hi.Could a person use any sprout seeds to grow microgreens or use organic vegetable seeds too?Do you have to buy microgreen seeds?

you can use any seeds , theyre all the same . its just a matter of getting them cheap enough in bulk sizes
buying black oiler sunflower seeds that sell as bird seed at many stores is a easy / cheap / quick green to grow

I would always try to use organic seeds though because they often treat non organic seeds that are not intended for sprouting with fungicides to stop seed rotting.

I wonder how you grow microgreens from sprouts?

You sprout the seeds in the usual way of sprouting til you can see the first signs of root then spread them on a tray with soil in (there are soil-less methods) and cover them , to keep out the light, until the leaves start to show then take the cover off so that the light can green them up.
I think technically micro-greens are cut at 2-4 true leaves or thereabouts.
You-tube has lots of sprouting and greening videos if you take a look.
