food dehydrator

if anybody knows how to use a food dehydrator please give me some help. or if you know how to get a user book. thanks for any help i can get, GmaDonna:heart,

What problems are you having.
It is easy to use. I never followed any rules and it worked out OK for me.
I would prep my food (mostly either crackers or fruit leathers) and spread on the tray.
I use a digital thermometer in mine and have the probe tie wrapped to the top shelf as I do not trust the dial settings.
I turn it on and occasionally check the reading to ensure that it does not go over 105F and adjust until it is right. Others are happy with a higher setting.
Take it out when it is dry.
