I made the bread for Alissa's calzone using sprouted buckwheat, and it is delicious. But I don't know how to really clean the buckwheat well. A month ago I made a buckwheat bread and my husband broke his tooth on it - it had a little white stone in it the size of buckwheat. Today I found a stone in my piece of bread too - very small. This time I really picked through it and thought I got all the unhulled pieces & stones, but obviously I didn't. Any suggestions on cleaning grain better? Thanks!
