My wife and I made spring rolls for dinner this evening. Here is a snip from our blog posting... "I diced up very fine: zucchini, cucumber, carrot, orange pepper, red onion and water chestnuts. I marinated this mix very lightly in a bit of agave, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar with fresh basil and dill and a bit of olive oil. We also used home grown sprouts and varied lettuces from the garden to our delightul dinner."
If you make them what do you put in yours? Suggestions?
I've never made them - but reading your post makes me want to! *Ü*

I do much the same as you but I use raw ingredients in the dressing/marinade and I am very into seaweeds at the moment so I put a lot of that in too.

we did some vegan sushi (http://changinggreen.blogspot.com/2011/06/vegan-sushi.html)that was also awesome! I am not really in to seaweed, but the nori wraps were pretty good! As to raw dressings, that is one of the things we have not explored to heavy yet. But we need to :)

they do look good.
I haven't decided that I have a raw source or nori yet but when I do I will be trying sushi.

Thanks so much for sharing, yum! I have been wondering what to replace rice paper with and nori seems like a great option.
