Discovered this forum while researching 'going raw'. Juicing and smoothies are part of my daily lifestyle and I'm interested in finding out more about taking it to the next level.

Just ordered the 300 Simple-To-Sophisticated Recipes book so I'm gonna spend some time researching before I jump in.

About me:

Male
36
Living in U.K. and Japan

Not interested in weight loss, I'm all about health and feeling great!

Cheers,
Andrew

I'm in the UK (not Japan though). I would suggest you do your research the then give RAW a go for 30 days. There is a 30 challenge thread here on Raw Food Talk and you can join it anytime. It doesn't have to be a calendar 30 days; it can be any run of consecutive days that adds up to 30. It is easier to start on the first of the month though I suppose!

I'm sure you'll like raw and you've nothing to lose by trying.

Hi Andrew. You will do well. You have had a good grounding.
A lot of us here are not doing this to loose weight so are in the same boat as you.
