Nut Pulp

After manking nut milks does the pulp have to be dehydrated if it isn't going to be used within 1 or 2 days? If its not dehydrated how long does it last refrigerated?

I keep my pulp in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days without dehydrating and have had no problems. I also know a woman who freezes the undehydrated pulp.
