PH change

I have been completely raw for 5 days. My ph changed to the good range and at night to the best. (7.0) Then yesterday I became acidic both in the morning and evening. In addition to my raw diet I am drinking apple cider vinegar two times a day. why am I acidic?

STOP TAKING THE VINEGAR. There was once a doctor who prescribed apple cidar vinegar to patients who had alkalinosis to lower there ph.

Vinegar is just pure acid.

I've never understood the drinking of vinegar. I use organic apple cider vinegar in recipes but would never drink it on its own. I think it would make sense to stop drinking it and see if your pH changes.
