Has anyone had a problem with tomatoes causing gas? I've run into this 'situation' after having a salad ... and the tomatoes are the only things that I think can be causing it. My normal salad is romaine lettuce, avocado and tomato (generally no dressing, because I was thinking it was the dressing doing this). But then if I have a salad with 'everything', including tomatoes, I still have the problem.
I have had IBS problems in the past, but they've seemed to calm down. But unfortunately something is still triggering this!! :(
Anyone else??? And is there any way to work around this? I do love tomatoes ... they just may not love me .... :(
