We have had smoke in the area from local brush fires. I had to work out in the heat and smoke today and by evening my lungs were really hurting. I finally recalled what I do for stuffy nose and the invigorating feeling it provides the lungs, and tried it. Within a couple minutes I began to feel relief.

I took about 2:1 of cinnamon/honey and felt much relief. Feeling much better as more time passes too.

You may want to give it a try if you are in range of brush fires, or ever overwhelmed by campfire smoke during this summer camping season.

Haha, welcome to Flagler county, that's where I live! Smoke's been awful, we are having to cancel our Father's Day boat trip this weekend because of it! :( Hope we get some relief soon so you can enjoy your time here!

I'm outside Jacksonville and the smoke has been terrible here for the last several weeks...blowing from the south of us and also from Georgia.......have been staying inside as much as possible...air quality advisory because it has been so bad........staying in is all I know to do, if possible~
Supposed to be near 100 for the next few days too.ughhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

1:1 is a good ratio I guess. I just went heavy on the cinnamon that first timem for an extra kick at the start. A couple times a day helped around the clock. Today I mixed in some almond butter and cocao nibs and made more of a snack out of it. Lungs are mot hurting any more. We had measurable rain three days in a row and that has helped clear the air, and hopefully has done good for the fires.

I had no idea about cinamon and honey together. We had a forest fire last year that was affecting us, i could have done this trick.

Glad you are feeling better, thank you for sharing!
