Hello and happy Tuesday morning y'all!

I have a weird question as I always do.
I've made seed yogurt/sauerkraut/kefir and a few other
fermented foods, and I truly believe in the benefits of good
probiotic drinks and foods. Every meal I eat has a ton
of them.

I want to use my juicer for Grass. I say Wheatgrass b/c
it's very common, but actually ALL grass is edible, and I'm
into wild foods as well.

Has anyone ever juiced wheatgrass/grass and fermented it?
I KNOW it's possible as some sites have hinted to doing it, but
no HOW TO anywhere.

Is it like the seed yogurt 10-12 hours? Or is it like rejuvelac
3-4 days?

Anything y'all can think of or relate is awesome.

Blessings

I make and use rejuvelac all the time but never thought of fermenting the grass juice.

Wonder if yoyu could ferment the leaves- like sauerkraut and then juice them?
