It seems like I go in phases. I will find something that I LOVE and eat it over and over again. Like right now I love to cut up bananas with apples and blueberries then sprinkle shredded coconut add some cinnamon and nutmeg, mix it all up and breakfast. I love it.
I also discovered for lunch or dinner I cut up:
tomatoes
avocados
cucumbers (which I never liked, but do now)
corn cut right off the cob
Then I drizzle olive oil and put in a cap full of apple cider vinegar some salt and pepper and ...WOW is it good!
So what is your new favorite thing?

At the moment, young coconut seems like a necessity for my survival, lol. But usually any new recipe I try is my most favorite. :)

You're breakfast sounds good. I'm going to try that. Right now I'm really enjoying cubing and chopping avocado, tomato, cilantro, onions, ginger, garlic, lot's of cumin, sea salt, pepper and lemon together and wrapping it in red lettuce leaves or putting it in a scooped out tomato.

I keep dreaming up ice cream ideas, I could eat frozen nana ice cream for dinner every night at the moment. Tomorrow I'm going to make a blueberry jam to dollop on top of carob ice cream yum yum yum!! It's funny I never used to eat sad ice cream now I am obsessed with banana soft serve.
