Hello. My name is Melissa. I am a work at home, mother of three- my oldest is 10 and my youngest is almost 5 months.

Most days, I don't have time to sit.

Since money is tight, I haven't been able to purchase Alissa's book, but I have been reading what I can get my hands on to make good dietary choices. I feel I can give this a shot now.

I live in DC.

You might already know this, but there is a VERY active raw meetup group in Northern Virginia (http://www.meetup.com/RawNOVA/). They are always having meetups, classes, etc. If you have time to go to some of the meetups, you will meet really nice local people who are finding health through raw and living foods.
