Im a 22 year old female. I start my 2nd year in the health care data technology program at the local community college in August. I'll be at the college from 7:30 in the morning to about 9:30 at night. I would like to eat a good filling breakfast, take some snacks, and take a lunch. What are some good ideas for breakfast that are easy, im able to take with me, and are pretty filling. Also what would be some good snacks that are pretty healthy and some lunch ideas that i am able to make the night before and take with me that would be good hot or cold?
Thanks in advance.

How'd you go from 19 years of age to 22 years of age in 22 minutes?

That's how fast you age on a SAD diet, rolltidegirl must just be starting the raw diet... I'm just joking I hope you don't take it wrong lol.
I don't know if you'd be OK with that but what I did when I had school is I made a huge double smoothie each morning and drank half right away and put the other half in a thermos for lunch at school. It may get boring but it allowed me to have my lunch and breakfast done each day in about 2 minutes.

I'm a college student too!
I found green smoothies to be suuupper fulfilling. I live with roomates so I try to prepare everything the night before. If I don't have a smoothie, I'll fix a large fruit salad or I'll just have a mono fruit breakfast and eat until I'm full.
You definitely want to make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day as well. I usually never do...but I'm working on it. Also as far as snacking goes, I'll have fruit or veggies.
I don't have the tools to fix gourmet raw food meals that are similiar too SAD foods, so my meals are super plain and super simple.
Good luck with everything!

Lara bars have been very helpful for me. I always keep a stash in my car, purse and at home for times when I'm starving and can't fix anything or don't have something on hand to eat.
