Newbie with a Question

Hi, I'm in my third day transitioning to all raw....I've ordered Alissa's book but am waiting to recieve it. I was just wondering about some of the rules of this forum blog. Do you have to be 100% raw to participate? I am doing better than I expected so far, but I have had either a coffee or tea beverage every day so far. I whole heartedly expect to be 100% within the next 7 days but I'm just wondering, can I still post and ask questions even though I'm not 100% yet? (I feel like some more questions will come up before the book gets here.) Thanks a lot. Everyone seems so helpful and friendly....could it be a testament to raw living? :)

If you had to be 100% to be here I wouldn't be here. I've been 100% before and for a long time but the depression has reared its ugly head. I do the best I can........I could be eating hamburgers and french fries everyday and these people would help me improve myself and help me find answers. It is an amazing group. I don't find anyone to be judgemental. I love them all! Welcome to our family!
