I started Kombucha maybe 2 months ago and forgot it on top of the fridge. Is it still safe after 2 months? It turned sort of opaque and it's no longer "transparent", is that normal? I'm not sure I'm explaining it right, I could take a photo.
There's definitely a grown mother, does that mean it's safe or should I throw it out?
This was my first attempt so I don't know what to expect.
