Onion bread question

I made a batch of onion bread in the dehydrater, should I keep it in the refrigerator or not?

I have left mine in a covered casserole dish unrefrigerated for a couple days, no prob. Doesn't usually last longer than that! But yes, I've also made large batches and have kept in the refrigerator, and even frozen some.

I keep it in the fridge and like Mary Kay have also frozen it - once thawed, I couldn't even tell it had been frozen. And MK's right - it gets eaten fast! *Ü*
